Coming soon · Giving back through better access

The OnGrid
Digital Access Fund.

A planned community-focused initiative intended to help people access the technology, support, and digital skills they need to participate fully in today’s world.

Why it matters

Digital access is part of everyday life.

Technology has become essential for nearly everything. Yet many individuals and families are still held back by the cost of devices, limited technical knowledge, or a lack of reliable support.

The OnGrid Digital Access Fund is coming soon and aims to help close that gap.

How support may take shape

More than a device.

Depending on available funding and community needs, support may include resources like these.

01

Devices

Refurbished or affordable technology that helps people get connected.

02

Essential accessories

The chargers, keyboards, adapters, and other basics that make a device usable.

03

Practical education

Free classes and approachable guidance designed to build useful digital skills.

04

One-on-one support

Patient technology help for people who need more personal attention.

05

Ready-to-use setup

Help getting devices configured properly, connected, and comfortable to use.

The real goal

Comfortable. Capable. Confident.

The goal is not simply to provide technology. It is to help people feel comfortable, capable, and confident using it.

How the fund grows

Every eligible purchase helps build the next step.

When the fund launches, a portion of eligible Tech Concierge by OnGrid sales will support programs and resources intended to improve digital access in the community.

As this coming-soon initiative takes shape, I plan to work with local organizations, schools, community groups, and individuals to understand where support can make the greatest impact.

1

Tech Concierge serves a client

Eligible purchases help create funding for future community support.

2

Community needs guide the work

Available funding and local needs shape how resources are used.

3

Access becomes opportunity

More people gain useful tools, practical skills, and reliable support.

Technology should create opportunities, not barriers.

Coming soon · Build it with the community
