What kind of tech support do you offer in Tucson?+
I help with technology decisions, Wi-Fi and connected-home planning, phones, tablets, computers, printers, smart TVs, streaming, accounts, subscriptions, carrier plans, vehicle technology, and device setup. The right service depends on whether you need advice, a plan, savings, or hands-on setup.
Do you come to homes in Tucson?+
Yes. Smart Home Design Consultation, Device Recycling Pickup, Mobile Device Cleaning, TV Mounting, In-Home Tech Setup, all three Move-In Tech Setup tiers, Connected Vehicle Setup, Dashcam Installation, and Vehicle Infotainment Upgrade are Tucson in-home services. Any smart-home installation follow-up is arranged after the design consultation. Tech Guidance Sessions take place through Google Meet only.
Can you help me choose and install a smart-home system?+
Yes. Start with the public in-home Smart Home Design Consultation. I also offer fully renter-friendly setups without drilling, hardwiring, or permanent changes; the portable system is designed to move with you and typically does not need another professional installation at the next home. The full $149 consultation payment is credited toward installation. If smart-home planning comes up while I’m already in your home for another paid service, there is no added consultation charge and a $75 installation credit applies instead.
Can we meet through Google Meet even if I live in Tucson?+
Absolutely. Google Meet is available for services that do not require an in-home visit and is often the fastest way to understand the situation, explain the options, and choose the right next step.
Do you serve clients just outside Tucson?+
Tucson is my primary in-home service area. Nearby communities may also be available depending on the service and travel distance; the scheduler will show the current options.
Can you help me choose technology before I buy it?+
Yes. I can compare the options, explain the tradeoffs, and give you a clear recommendation before you spend money guessing.
Will I work directly with you?+
