Every tier includes a walkthrough and written home tech guide, and each requires a 50% deposit when booking.

Essentials: four hours for secure Wi-Fi, one TV, one printer, and up to three additional devices — $399 total.

Complete: six hours with whole-home mesh Wi-Fi tuning, up to eight devices, and one standard TV mounting — $699 total.

Concierge: up to 12 hours with pre-move staging, up to 15 devices, two standard TV mountings, and 30 days of priority support — $1,199 total.

Every tier includes practical organization, a walkthrough, a written home tech guide, and a 50% deposit due at booking.

Good to know

Hardware, subscriptions, specialty mounting surfaces, and permanent electrical work are not included. Concierge may be scheduled across two visits. Share the move date, internet status, and equipment list when booking.

Which Move-In tier should I choose?+

Choose Essentials for the core Wi-Fi and everyday devices, Complete for whole-home coverage plus one standard TV mounting, or Concierge for a larger staged setup with two standard TV mountings and 30 days of priority support.

How much is the deposit?+

Each tier requires 50% at booking: $199.50 for Essentials, $349.50 for Complete, or $599.50 for Concierge. The remaining balance is due according to the booking and payment terms.

Can this happen before move-in day?+

The service is designed to help before or on move-in day when access, internet service, and the needed equipment are available.

What should already be at the home?+

The devices, cables, account access, and internet equipment needed for the priority setup should be available. Use the booking form to explain what is already installed and what is arriving.

Which communities are included?+

Move-In Tech Setup serves Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, and Vail, subject to current scheduling availability.
