Hi there,
I’ve always been the person friends, family, and customers come to when they have a question about technology.
Sometimes they need help choosing a new phone or computer. Other times, something isn’t working, their accounts are a mess, or they simply want someone they trust to take care of it.
After years of working in wireless and building OnGrid Smart Homes, I realized something: most people don’t need more technology. They need someone who will take the time to understand their needs, give them a straight answer, and help turn that answer into action.
That’s why I created Tech Concierge here in Tucson. I believe your tech person should know your name, not just the device you’re calling about.
I wanted to offer the kind of service I would want for my own family: personalized recommendations, patient guidance, hands-on support, and someone who will follow through until the problem is handled.

What kinds of technology can you help with?
I help with Wi-Fi, phones, tablets, computers, printers, smart TVs, streaming, smart-home devices, accounts, subscriptions, passwords, carrier plans, and office equipment.
How do we usually meet?
Appointments are either in-home in the Tucson area or virtual through Google Meet. Each service card shows which format is available.
Do you offer in-home help?
Yes. Hands-on services are available in Tucson and nearby communities. Look for the “Tucson in-home” label when choosing a service.
Can you help if I do not live in Tucson?
Yes. Some consulting, audit, purchasing, and planning services are available virtually through Google Meet when the service does not require an in-home visit.
Can you help before I buy new technology?
Absolutely. I can help you compare options, avoid spending money on the wrong thing, and make a clear plan before you buy.
Can I get same-day help?
