What devices are supported?+
The service covers one iPhone, Android phone, iPad, or Android tablet. A second full device cleaning requires another appointment unless I confirm otherwise.
Is this the same as virus removal?+
True mobile malware is uncommon. This service focuses on the more common causes of alarming behavior—spam calendars, misleading pop-ups, scam notifications, suspicious apps or profiles, browser clutter, and unsafe settings. It does not include advanced forensic malware work or guarantee removal of every possible threat.
Will you delete my photos or files?+
Not without your approval. I may identify large files, duplicate photos, or other storage opportunities, but you decide before personal content is deleted.
Do I need to share my password or passcode?+
No. Please be present so you can unlock the device and sign in when needed. Do not send passwords or passcodes in the booking form or by message.
What add-ons are available?+
